ADP Systems Programming Support
The Conwal team provided systems programming support for the United States Customs Services' (USCS') main computer center. The supplemental technical resources provided covered three areas:

1) Systems programming support at the Customs main data center for major systems components in the areas of MVS operating systems, CICS online systems, and telecommunications. Continuous on-call support after hours was also provided.

2) Systems monitoring support seven days a week in the Situation Room Branch at the Customs main data center. This support covered the same technical areas as above, with staff working on a three-shift schedule. Tasks included identifying system component problems, doing first-level analysis, referring problems to component primary support, and performing substitute support.

3) Implementation and support of the Situation Room Automated Operations systems components (large mainframes and PC platforms) using High-Level Language Application Programming Interfaces (HLLAPI) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products (software packages, etc.).
