DOE Conference Support
Conwal provided the following support services for a Department of Energy (DOE) Management and Operating Contractor Meeting:

• Site Selection
• Pre-Conference Materials and Logistics

Conwal wrote, designed and duplicated all pre-conference materials including registration packets, information pieces such as announcements, brochures, conference agendas, and speaker information. Conwal assigned session rooms, coordinated conference meal functions and made special arrangements for equipment and materials. In addition, Conwal coordinated registration, room requirements, special guest services, and developed conference evaluation criteria and a sample report format.

Other services included:

• On-Site Support - Conwal operated a Registration desk and message center.
• Meeting Evaluation - Conwal compiled data from participant evaluations and developed a report and an executive summary
