  Kevin Riley, Division President

Kevin Riley, With a career that spans over 30 years in developing small businesses from inception to maturation, Kevin is an expert in marketing, growth management and strategic planning. His experience is wide ranging, including all areas of operations, marketing, and finance. Kevin has developed companies in a variety of sectors, including software development and engineering, military intelligence engineering, chemical, and scientific products distribution, management consulting, and architecture and construction management. He has been an equity owner and officer in seven separate federal government contracting companies.

When Kevin merged his $16 million per year Conwal Incorporated into the $3.0 million per year Axiom he crafted a business combination which took advantage the then existing market conditions to leverage both firms to a higher market share. Three years later, Kevin and Fred Cherry, owners of CESSI, merged that $17 million per year into Axiom to penetrate new market areas and establish the Axiom name as the largest Washington, DC company in the disability policy management field.

Kevin is a widely published author on federal procurement law, accounting standards, business management, marketing, and contract management. He is also a seminar instructor on the topic of selling to the federal government. Kevin serves on several boards of directors of federal government contracting companies. His experience and expertise developing and operating small businesses spans three decades and he has never had a losing quarter or year in any of his businesses. Kevin has a Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
